Ordonez is making his 10th Championship start. He has competed in every edition of the Latin America Amateur with best finishes of T-8 in 2017 and T-15 in 2024 in Panama. In 2024, he won the Coronado Amateur Open in Panama and competed in the Korn Ferry Tour’s Panama Championship. In 2023, he reached the Round of 32 in the U.S. Mid-Amateur in New York and represented his country in the Pan American Games in Chile.
