Rodriguez Barri is making his first Championship start. In 2024, he earned NCAA Division II All-America honors at Oklahoma Christian University for the second consecutive year, won a World Amateur Golf Ranking event in Argentina and reached the quarterfinals of the Uruguayan National Match Play. In 2023, he won the Lone Star Conference Individual Championship and then closed his year by winning events in Uruguay and Argentina.
